CDO Role Selection Page

The CDO Microlearning modules have been designed as an optional supplemental education resource for Certified Application Counselor Designated Organizations (CDOs) and CDO applicants to apply to the CDO Program and once approved, manage their CDO accounts with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

These interactive modules will walk you through such tasks as:

  • Applying to become a CDO,
  • Accessing the Organizational Maintenance Web Form (OMWF),
  • Renewing your CDO Agreement, and
  • Managing your CAC Roster.

Please note: the CDO Microlearning module “CDO Application” is available for any interested organization, however, the subsequent modules are only designed for approved CDOs and their three leadership contacts from the organization’s application—the Organization Senior Official, CAC Project Director, and Secondary Contact.

Note: You do not need to review the modules if you are not an applicant to the CDO Program or one of the three leadership contacts above.
